What’s Not Included

To keep the experience tailored and manageable, some elements require special access and are not part of the General Admission Pass:

  • Closed-door, invitation-only networking events
  • High-profile pre-event networking dinners with journalists, speakers, and influencers
  • Access to VIP roundtables, private sessions, or premium briefings

Important Note

General Admission Passes offer access to conference programming but do not guarantee seats in activities with limited capacity. These operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

Late Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, but due to event commitments:

  • Cancellations after Monday, 12 May 2026, are not eligible for a refund
  • No-shows are charged in full
  • You may transfer your pass to a colleague at no cost — simply provide updated attendee details by 1 June 2026
