We cannot guarantee the success or outcome of any matchmaking efforts, and participation in the service does not constitute a promise of business opportunities or transactions.

- No Guarantees or Endorsements: Our service provides a platform for connecting businesses but does not guarantee any outcomes from such connections. We do not endorse or recommend any businesses over others. The decision to engage with any matched business is at your sole discretion and risk.
- No Liability: We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to use this service, any errors or omissions in the content of our matches, or any outcomes resulting from such matches, including but not limited to, business transactions, partnerships, or disputes.
- Accuracy of Information: While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot verify or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided by the businesses using our service. Users are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence.
- Changes and Availability: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Business Matchmaking Service at any time without notice. We are not liable if the service is unavailable at any time or for any period.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our Business Matchmaking Service, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of this disclaimer or any activity related to your use of the service (including negligent or wrongful conduct).
- Governing Law: This disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
